The order route, start to signature
MambaBuy's help article 6664 breaks a first purchase into nine stages. Each stage below carries the matching screenshot MambaBuy itself published, read and captured 21 to 22 October 2026.
1 · 2. Register, verify, then find the item
Registration asks for an email, a password and a verification code; an invitation code field is present but optional, and this site has no referral code of its own to offer. The new-user coupon pack, twenty international-shipping coupons worth CN¥2,990 in total, lands after the email is verified, not at signup.
Once signed in, the product itself can come from a dropped-in product URL (Taobao, 1688 and Weidian all parse automatically) or from a keyword or image search run on MambaBuy's own site. The tutorial treats platforms it cannot auto-parse differently: JD.com, Pinduoduo and Xianyu items go through a separate DIY Order form instead of the quick-link route.
3 · 4. Submit the order, then settle the goods cost
For a DIY order, the form asks for the product link, product name, specifications and a photo, then moves through two more steps, paying for the goods and shipping, then waiting for the seller to ship. For a pasted link MambaBuy can read automatically, the option menu, quantity and cart step replace this form.
Payment for the goods themselves can come from account balance, by card or by PayPal, subject to the fees covered on the costs page. The order confirmation screen also surfaces a cost breakdown and two checkboxes, a Purchase Agent Disclaimer and a link to the Prohibited Purchase Items list, both worth actually reading once rather than clicking through.
5. The buyer places the order, then it arrives and gets checked
A MambaBuy buyer then takes that order to the seller, a step the tutorial times at roughly two business hours. From there the item travels to the warehouse, gets weighed, photographed against the standard angle sheet, and flips to Stored. The 24-hour window mentioned at this stage belongs to the warehouse team reporting a problem it finds, not to the buyer reacting to anything, a distinction this site has seen misread more than once.
6 · 7. Group items and submit the parcel
A Stored item is free to sit in the warehouse for up to ninety days before fees start; the storage clock walks through the full schedule. Whenever you are ready, tick off the Stored items that should ship together, roll them into one parcel, enter the delivery address and pick a line for it.
8 · 9. Pay the international line, then track and sign
The international shipping fee is paid separately from the goods, using whichever line was chosen on the estimator; many UK and EU lines are quoted tax and duty included, while others leave duty for the recipient to settle on arrival. Once dispatched, the parcel can be tracked under Parcel in the member centre through to signature.
Before any of this: MambaBuy's own disclaimer (help article 6614) notes that it assumes no liability for the copyright, intellectual property or quality of goods bought from third-party platforms, and separately lists items it will not ship at all, including counterfeit goods under its Prohibited Items Notice.
