• 15 October 2026. Staff-placed (manual) order fees changed from a flat CN¥35-per-ten-links charge to a percentage structure: 3% of goods value under CN¥5,000, 1.5% at or above. Self-service website orders remain free of this fee.

• 14 July 2026. A notice described the EU’s €3 per-category duty, introduced 1 July 2026, as temporarily waived on consolidated EU parcels. Treat this as subject to change rather than a permanent rule.
• 1 July 2026. The EU’s €3 per-category duty itself took effect, applying to low-value parcels entering the bloc regardless of carrier; the 14 July waiver above followed shortly after and covers MambaBuy's own consolidated EU shipments specifically.
• March 2026. MambaBuy posted a notice flagging possible rate changes tied to wider Middle East shipping disruption; the help centre did not specify which lines were affected at the time this site checked, so treat any Middle East-bound quote as provisional until confirmed on the live estimator.

A TikTok handle bearing the MambaBuy name exists but carries no posted videos and no followers, and is not linked from the official site, so this site does not count it as an active channel either.
