MambaBuy Spreadsheet, shelved by shade card

Four short rails instead of one long department list: pick a shade card first, then narrow by category. Every rail links back to MambaBuy's own order route, costs and quality-check rules.

Browse by colour, then verify the exact option

Most catalogue sites sort by what a piece is. This one also sorts by what colour it actually photographs as, because shade can affect which option you choose. Pick a card, then narrow by category inside it.

A shade card narrows the search; it cannot promise how a garment will look in daylight. Match the chosen option name to its photo and retain the seller’s chart. Use the buying checks for unclear menus before carrying a link into MambaBuy.

What is MambaBuy Spreadsheet, and what is MambaBuy

What is MambaBuy Spreadsheet? This site, specifically: a colour-sorted directory of the catalogue plus a manual for MambaBuy's own order steps. Nothing here is sold on these pages and nothing ships from here; the search box and every shelf card hand off to a partner catalogue.

MambaBuy is a shopping agent that buys on your behalf from Taobao, 1688 and Weidian, a brand of DM Global Supply Chain Limited with terms governed by Hong Kong law. Goods land first at its own warehouse, get photographed, then go out as a consolidated parcel on whichever line you pick. Your order, payment, photos and claims all live in your MambaBuy account, not here.

Why buy through MambaBuy specifically

The trap this whole site is built around

A seller's option menu says “Dusty Pink”, the Chinese listing behind it says “薛灰粉”, and the QC photo under warehouse light reads closer to mauve. None of the three is wrong; they are three different ways of naming the same dye lot, and only one of them is in the language you read.

橘殚绿Olive GreenAsk for a daylight frame, not the warehouse ceiling light; olive shifts warmest under tungsten.
水泥灰 / 深灰色Concrete Grey / Dark GreyAsk for both in the same frame if you are choosing between them; side by side is the only honest test.
暗蓝色Navy BluePhotographs almost black indoors; request an outdoor or flash frame.

The order route in nine moves

MambaBuy's help centre walks a new buyer through nine stages, link to doorstep. Below, those same nine stages carry MambaBuy's published screenshots next to each one.

  1. Create an account; the welcome coupon pack stays locked until the email comes back verified.
  2. Drop a Taobao, 1688 or Weidian link straight into the search bar, or type a keyword into MambaBuy's own search.
  3. Pick a colour, a size and a quantity from the option menu, then drop it in the cart and submit.
  4. Clear the goods cost through balance, card or PayPal, whichever is running that day.
  5. A MambaBuy buyer takes the order to the seller next; the tutorial puts this step at roughly two business hours.

The six-layer cost of one MambaBuy order

Self-service orders placed on the website carry no MambaBuy purchasing fee. Orders typed in by staff from a message cost 3% of the goods value under CN¥5,000, or 1.5% at or above that, since 15 October 2026. Card top-ups add 5% plus $0.30; PayPal adds 3.7% plus $0.30.

Lines, weight and the kilogram you actually pay for

MambaBuy's freight estimator quotes one kilogram to the United Kingdom at CN¥95 on its cheapest line and to the United States at CN¥296.25, the only line it offered that day. Most European lines round weight up in half-kilogram steps.

What MambaBuy QC can show about colour and condition

Every item gets three standard warehouse photographs at no charge, angled by item type. The check confirms style, colour, size and quantity; sealed packaging stays sealed and no electronic item gets switched on to test it.

First check the option and label, then visible condition. If a subtle shade is essential, ask whether a suitable comparison photo is available and what it costs. Neither more photos nor a video guarantees an exact colour match across screens; the colour-focused QC guide explains the limit.

Why a rail for one agent

MambaBuy charges nothing extra on a self-placed order and bundles duty into many of its UK and EU lines. It is one option among several worth knowing, and its United States coverage was sparse on the day this site checked: a single EMS line at CN¥296.25 per kilogram, no cheaper alternative on the board.

This site exists because colour is the detail every other catalogue skips, and because a shelf checked against the live option menus is more useful than one copied once and left to rot.
